FAQ (Cake orders)
🎂 Can the cakes be customised?
Yes, you may send us your inspo photos and we will provide a quotations thereafter. Please note we will follow closely to the inspo pic but it will not be an exact replica.
🎂 Do the cakes have to be chilled?
Yes, please store the cake in the fridge, and bring it out 20 minutes before serving.
If the cake is to be displayed at an event, please keep it in an air-conditioned room away from direct sunlight, for no longer than 2 hours.
🎂 How long can the cake be stored?
Please consume the cakes within 3 days of collection.
🎂 Do you provide delivery?
We do not provide delivery as there have been many instances of cakes arriving damaged. You may pick up your cake at a pre-arranged time at Tanjong Katong MRT station.
Alternatively you may arrange your courier to pick up your cake on your behalf. Please note we do not accept any responsibility for cakes damaged in transit after your courier has collected the cake.
